Cruden

Cruden is a Scottish construction and development group with its group office in Edinburgh. The business dates to 1943 and has worked across housing, commercial, leisure, health, retail and education projects.

The group includes housebuilding and construction operations alongside Cruden Investments, its operational holding company. Its work includes private housing, social and affordable housing, construction for public bodies and registered social landlords, and development activity in other property sectors.

Cruden Investments is based at Walker Street in Edinburgh and supports the wider group's operating companies and investment activity. For organisations involved in housing delivery, development or construction, Cruden brings together development and contracting capabilities within a long-established Scottish group. The group says it has built or modernised more than 130,000 properties and continues to work with public, private and third-sector housing organisations across projects throughout Scotland.
