FWB

FWB is an Edinburgh-based executive search and leadership advisory firm. It works with organisations recruiting senior executives, board members, and other leadership appointments across a range of sectors in Scotland and the wider UK.

Its services include executive and non-executive search, market mapping, management due diligence, remuneration benchmarking, psychometric assessment, and leadership development support. The firm therefore works on both appointment processes and wider questions around senior-team capability, succession, and organisational leadership. Assignments can cover permanent executives, non-executive directors, and other board-level appointments.

FWB Executive Search Limited operates from Alva Street in Edinburgh. For companies, public bodies, investors, and other organisations making senior appointments, FWB provides a Scottish base for executive recruitment and related advisory work. Its work is most relevant where a role requires targeted search, confidential market research, or an assessment process beyond standard advertised recruitment. Sector coverage spans private, public, and third-sector organisations.
