Gowaan Bike Club CIC is a mountain biking coaching and community organisation based in Innerleithen in the Tweed Valley. It runs coaching, guided rides and events for riders of different ages and abilities, alongside a youth programme called Gowaan Kids Club.
Kids Club activity includes regular coaching sessions, indoor sessions and holiday camps on local trails such as Glentress and Innerleithen, with groups split by age. Adults can book coaching sessions and courses, and the organisation also offers guiding, birthday parties and event services. Branded clothing and accessories are sold through its online shop.
The organisation is led by riders Bex Baraona and Chloe Taylor and became a community interest company to reinvest in projects and events for the local riding community. In March 2026 it won the £50,000 top prize at the south of Scotland Regional EDGE awards, run with South of Scotland Enterprise.
