Grand Bequest is a Glasgow property technology company that helps bring empty and underused buildings back into use. It works with building owners, public bodies, community groups, funders and delivery partners on the early stages of regeneration projects.
Its main product is RegenerationOS, an online system that pulls the evidence, people, decisions and next actions for a building into one shared record. A public explorer lets anyone browse approved building records. The company also sells staged project-readiness services, from an initial assessment called Grand Grade through to feasibility and investment-readiness work.
Grand Bequest Ltd is registered in Scotland and was founded by chief executive Dr Katherine Gunderson. The company has held B Corporation certification since 2021, renewed in 2025, and says it has been an accredited Living Wage employer since 2020. It uses AI to organise information and highlight patterns, while stating that decisions remain subject to human professional review.
