The agency fills permanent and contract positions and runs executive search for senior technology appointments. It has worked with employers ranging from SMEs to large corporate and public sector organisations. It publishes an annual tech sector survey with a salary benchmark, which had a 2026 edition, and hosts a podcast called Talking with Tech Leaders.

Be-IT Resourcing Ltd was incorporated in Scotland in March 2013. The company says its team has more than 20 years of combined experience in recruitment. It also runs a sister brand, Be-Resourcing, which focuses on financial and professional services recruitment.
