Central Demolition

Central Demolition is a demolition and site-services contractor based in Bonnybridge, Falkirk. The company works on projects that require structures to be removed, sites cleared, or existing assets prepared for redevelopment.

Its services include demolition, dismantling, asbestos removal, land remediation, facade retention, site clearance, recycling, and asset recovery. The business operates its own recycling activity alongside contracting work, allowing materials from demolition projects to be recovered, processed, or reused where appropriate.

Central Demolition was established in 1993 and operates from Central House at Chattan Industrial Estate. Its project work covers commercial, industrial, public-sector, and redevelopment sites, with the company providing equipment, personnel, and planning for controlled demolition and related site operations. General enquiries are handled through the Bonnybridge office, which remains the company's main public contact point. The company also publishes case studies from demolition and redevelopment projects around the UK.
