Head Resourcing

Head Resourcing is a specialist recruitment business focused on technology, digital and transformation roles. Established in 2001, it recruits for permanent, contract and senior appointments across Scotland and the wider UK.

Its main areas include cyber and information security, cloud and infrastructure, change and transformation, data and AI, digital, software engineering and senior technology appointments. The company works with employers looking to build teams as well as professionals seeking new roles.

Head Resourcing's head office is at Manor Place in Edinburgh, with additional operations elsewhere in the UK. For Scottish businesses hiring technology and transformation staff, it offers recruitment support across both permanent and contractor markets, backed by a team dedicated to these specialist disciplines. The business also runs professional forums and supports employers with specialist talent solutions beyond straightforward vacancy filling from its recruitment teams.
