MM Search

MM Search is a Glasgow executive search firm that recruits for senior executive, interim, and non-executive director roles. It works from 25 Blythswood Square and also lists an Aberdeen contact number.

Its services cover executive search for permanent senior and board-level appointments, executive interim placements, and non-executive director recruitment. The firm describes its process as streamlined and collaborative and aimed at long-term client relationships. It has said it has recruited in more than 30 countries from its Scottish base.

Headhunters Ken Morrice and Derek MacFeate founded MM Search in 2018 as a challenger to the traditional executive search model, and they lead it as founding managing partners. The business trades through Morrice MacFeate Search & Consultancy Limited, incorporated in March 2018, and a related company, MM Search Interim Ltd, was registered in 2024. Ken Morrice was a finalist in the start-up category of the 2020 Institute of Directors Scotland Awards.
