Orbit Communications

Orbit Communications is an independent communications consultancy headquartered in Edinburgh. It provides public relations, public affairs, digital and design services to organisations across the public, private and third sectors.

The team works on reputation, media relations, stakeholder engagement, policy communication, digital content, brand work and wider communications programmes. Its projects can combine several disciplines where an organisation needs coordinated public-facing and stakeholder activity.

Orbit operates from Charlotte Square in Edinburgh and works as an external adviser or as an extension of internal communications teams. For Scottish organisations that need support explaining complex issues, building profile or engaging with decision-makers and other audiences, Orbit offers communications strategy alongside day-to-day delivery. Every member of its communications team is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, according to the company. Its work spans retained accounts and project assignments.
