Pars Foods

Pars Foods is a Glasgow pie and pastry manufacturer based on the Balmore Industrial Estate in the north of the city. It makes finished pies and pastries, as well as pastry bases, lids, and frozen products for foodservice customers.

The company's Pie Sports brand covers Scotch pies, steak pies, macaroni cheese pies, and less traditional fillings such as a kebab pie, which won a Diamond award at the World Championship Scotch Pie Awards. Pie Sports is supplied to football clubs and listed by retailers including Aldi, Lidl, and Scotmid. Pars also makes puff pastry and a Fill n' Bake frozen pastry range, including sweet tart cases for foodservice operators.

Pars Foods was founded in 1998 by Brian Sarafilovic and remains family-owned. In March 2026 the company announced a second production site to add capacity alongside its 15,500 sq ft bakery, with up to 25 new production jobs. It produced more than 80,000 pies for British Pie Week 2026.
