Thistle Tavern

Thistle Tavern is a Scottish retailer of trading card games, board games and tabletop gaming accessories. It has stores on Union Street in Aberdeen and Shandwick Place in Edinburgh and also sells through its own online shop.

Stock covers sealed booster boxes, starter decks and single cards for games including Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Flesh and Blood, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, Riftbound and Gundam. The range extends to board games, miniatures, role-playing games and accessories such as sleeves, binders, deck boxes and playmats.

Both stores host weekly organised play, with constructed, draft and casual formats across a range of card games, plus ticketed pre-release and challenge events. Each store has its own Discord community for local players. The shops open from midday into the evening, seven days a week.
