Wilkinson & Associates

Wilkinson & Associates is an Edinburgh recruitment consultancy specialising in accountancy and finance appointments. The firm works with employers recruiting permanent and interim professionals across Scotland and the wider UK market.

Its service includes retained and search assignments as well as contingency recruitment, giving employers different options depending on the seniority and nature of a vacancy. The business focuses on finance and related professional roles, making it relevant to companies building accounting teams or recruiting specialist financial expertise. Assignments can range from qualified-accountant roles to senior finance leadership positions.

Wilkinson & Associates Limited operates from Melville Street in Edinburgh. For employers, finance leaders, and professionals researching the Scottish recruitment market, the company provides a specialist route into accountancy and finance hiring rather than a broad multi-sector agency service. Its Edinburgh base places it close to the city’s financial, professional-services, technology, and corporate employer communities.
