Sephra Europe is a Kirkcaldy-based supplier of commercial chocolate fountains, dessert equipment, and the consumables that go with them, trading from Sephra House on Denburn Road in Fife. Its range includes fountain-ready Belgian chocolate, waffle bakers, crepe makers, popcorn machines, chocolate dispensers, and a commercial donut maker, sold to catering professionals and home customers.
The business started in 2008 as the European distributor for Sephra, a US chocolate fountain brand founded in 2003, and acquired the brand from the US company in 2019. It moved into larger premises the same year. The company says it supplies customers in more than 40 countries, both directly and through authorised distributors, and it has held SALSA approval under the Brokers, Storage and Distribution standard.
In January 2024 Sephra launched a home baking range in 13 Morrisons stores in Scotland, including popcorn, pancake mixes, and chocolate for fountains and baking. Its legal entity, Sephra Europe Limited, is registered in England, while the warehouse and trading team are based in Kirkcaldy.
