Real-E-Racing is a motorsport technology company based in Kelso in the Scottish Borders. It turns live data from real-world races into interactive digital experiences, so that audiences can play, train, and watch motorsport as events happen.
The company's core product is a data pipeline that captures information from physical race cars and feeds it into sim racing and other virtual environments. Uses include video games, live spectating, sponsorship, and driver training. The company says the system can connect live motorsport with digital audiences and interactive formats.
Work on Real-E-Racing began in 2024 and progressed from concept to proof of concept before the legal company was incorporated in Scotland in July 2025. The company has carried out track testing in the UK and Germany. In June 2026 it won £80,000 in the Creative EDGE category of Scottish EDGE Round 27, sponsored by Creative UK.
