Black Isle Brewery

Black Isle Brewery is an organic craft brewery at Old Allangrange, near Munlochy on the Black Isle, north of Inverness. Owner David Gladwin founded it in 1998. The brewery site has a shop selling its beer and runs tours during the day.

The core range includes Red Kite, Blonde Organic Lager, Organic Pale Ale and Organic Porter, alongside seasonal and alcohol-free beers sold in cans online and at the brewery shop. The company also runs Black Isle Bar venues in Inverness and Fort William, serving its beer with organic pizzas. Bars, shops and other trade customers can enquire about stocking its beers.

The brewery is a certified B Corporation and lists organic certification with Organic Farmers & Growers. Alongside the brewery there is a market garden, and the company publishes information about its environmental and community work.
