Cooper Software is a Fife-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) specialist and systems integrator headquartered in Dalgety Bay. It implements and supports business software for organisations in the UK and abroad.
The company is an IFS Gold Channel Partner and certified IFS reseller. It delivers IFS Cloud implementations, upgrades, continuous improvement, and support, and has also worked with NetSuite. Its clients include organisations in manufacturing, energy, utilities, construction, engineering, and service industries. It also developed ProScope, a cloud-based ERP and project management product for project-based sectors such as construction, oil and gas, and renewables, and has sold it in the USA, Scandinavia, Australia, Europe, and Africa.
Frank Cooper founded the business in 2005. YFM Equity Partners invested in it in 2021, when it employed more than 70 people and reported delivering over 1,500 enterprise solutions to more than 300 clients worldwide. Cooper Software Ltd is registered in Scotland, and its accounts are consolidated by a parent company.
