Dear Green Coffee Roasters is a speciality coffee roastery in Glasgow's East End, based at 101 Brook Street. It roasts and supplies coffee beans to businesses and homes across the UK.
Wholesale supply to cafés, restaurants, bars, and delis is a core part of the business, alongside online and retail sales of beans. The roastery also runs SCA-authorised training for baristas and home coffee enthusiasts. Its range includes single-origin coffees and blends such as the organic City Blend, produced with the Glasgow wholefood co-operative Greencity.
Lisa Lawson set up the business in 2011 after working in speciality coffee in Australia. The name refers both to raw green coffee and to Glasgow's Gaelic-derived nickname, "the dear green place". The company holds B Corp and organic certification and SALSA food safety accreditation. It also founded the Glasgow Coffee Festival, which was run using reusable cups only.
