ESG Drysdale is a vegetable growing, packing, and storage business headquartered at Drysdale Quarry near Cockburnspath in the Scottish Borders. It began as a farm-based operation and now supplies vegetables year-round to UK supermarkets, food businesses, and foodservice customers.
Its main crops are Brussels sprouts, broccoli, swede, and cauliflower, and it also grows or supplies cabbages, leeks, and asparagus. The produce comes from its own farming and from a network of partner growers on Scotland's east coast. It is graded, packed, and stored at the company's packhouses. In 2025 the company extended its Scottish-grown asparagus supply beyond Asda's Scottish stores into stores in North East England.
Since 2023 the business has been owned by East of Scotland Growers, a farmer-owned co-operative based in Cupar. Reports in 2026 said turnover had more than doubled to over £50 million since the change of ownership. The same reports said a £10 million funding package from Royal Bank of Scotland would pay for more packing and processing capacity across its sites in the Borders, Fife, and Angus.
