Jera IT is an IT support, cyber security, and AI adoption company serving businesses across Scotland, with teams covering Edinburgh, Aberdeen, and Glasgow. The company's registered office is at Auchterless, near Turriff in Aberdeenshire.

Its managed IT service includes helpdesk support with a named account manager, technology roadmaps, Microsoft 365 management, business continuity and disaster recovery, and telecoms such as VoIP and connectivity. Its cyber security work covers Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification, vulnerability assessment, dark web monitoring, endpoint protection, phishing awareness training, and GDPR compliance. It also helps clients deploy Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and workflow automation. Sectors it works with include legal and professional services, manufacturing and engineering, construction, financial services, agriculture, and oil and gas.

Jera was formed through the merger of Clark-IT, based in Aberdeenshire, and Onestop IT, based in Edinburgh. The legal company, Jera IT Limited, was incorporated in 2005 as Clark Computers Limited and took its current name in July 2024. The company also runs the Jera IT Academy, which trains new cyber security staff.
