Kilchoman Distillery

Kilchoman Distillery is a family-run single malt Scotch whisky distillery at Rockside Farm on Islay. The business carries out whisky production on the island and bottles its single malts at the distillery.

Anthony and Kathy Wills established Kilchoman in 2005, with the first cask filled in December that year. The distillery has developed around a farm-distilling model, including barley grown on the farm, malting, mashing, fermentation, distillation, maturation and bottling activities connected with the Islay site.

Kilchoman produces a core range and limited whisky releases and also operates a visitor centre and café. Visitors can book distillery experiences, while customers can buy whisky through the company website and other stockists. The business remains independently owned by the Wills family. Kilchoman Distillery Company Ltd is an active Scottish company registered at Rockside Farm, Bruichladdich on Islay. The site also hosts tours and visitor experiences throughout the year.
