Stirling Distillery

Stirling Distillery is a gin and whisky producer based at The Old Smiddy below Stirling Castle. The distillery makes its own gin, develops whisky, and runs visitor experiences including guided tours, tastings and a gin school.

Its drinks range includes Stirling Gin, seasonal and higher-strength gin expressions, whisky bottlings, rum and liqueurs. The business also sells gifts and offers private hire for events at the distillery. Visitors can book structured experiences or call in for shorter tastings and to use the shop.

The company operates from 9 Lower Castlehill in Stirling, where production and visitor activity take place on the same site. Its current programme includes whisky maturation ahead of future single malt releases, while gin remains an established part of the range. Trade customers, hospitality businesses and individual buyers can contact the distillery directly for product, wholesale, booking and event enquiries.
