Electricity Asset Services

Electricity Asset Services is an electricity network contractor headquartered at Unit 20, Avenue Industrial Estate in Lochgelly, Fife. The business was established in 2017 and also has offices in Larbert and Airdrie, supporting electricity infrastructure projects at sites across Scotland.

Its work covers the procurement, design, management and delivery of high-voltage and low-voltage underground electricity networks. Services include cable laying, jointing and terminating, cable fault location, civil engineering, electrical design, new connections, project management and mechanical engineering. The company works on network construction and maintenance projects for electricity and infrastructure clients.

Electricity Asset Services began as a small operation in Dunfermline before moving its headquarters to Lochgelly in 2019 as the workforce and vehicle fleet expanded. The company now uses a two-storey office, warehouses and an outdoor yard at the site. It also runs training and early-career routes for apprentices, trainees and graduates working in the electricity industry.
